And now we are dedicated to your clubs or Associations success. Our
service is designed to increase the quality of Taekwondo and your
Associations funds. Master Yousuf DildarMaster Yousuf Dildar started training Taekwondo about
20 years ago, and since then he has achieved tremendous success. Master
Dildar started teaching Taekwondo in Afghanistan and went on to teach
in Pakistan. In the year 1988 Master Dildar was able to establish
the Afghan Sports Association, by doing so he helped thousands of
Afghans to take the opportunity to learn Taekwondo, whilst they were
immigrating from Afghanistan to Pakistan. As well as the Taekwondo
clubs, he also organized English language courses for the refugees.
In 1992 he was able to establish the Afghan Taekwondo Federation and succeeded in gaining recognition from the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) Korea. After registering the ATF to the WTF he promoted more than one thousand Afghan Taekwondo practitioners to WTF black belt. After all his activities he traveled to most of the provinces of Afghanistan to promote and affiliate the regional clubs of the country to the federation by holding regional and national championships. In 1994 Master Dildar was very active, at the beginning of the year he visited the UK and whilst there he took a team to the 1st BTCB International Championships in Edmonton, London. After returning to Afghanistan, he received an invitation for the Asian Games in Japan, this was the first Afghan Taekwondo team to participate in such an event. He then took a team to Singapore and then Thailand. Once again he returned to Afghanistan only to find an invite to Korea to participate in a three months training course at Kwanghae University, which he successfully passed. By 1995 he had at least thirty branches established all over Pakistan, he then started to become more involved with Taekwondo Academies in the UK, Holland and Iran. As the situation in the Afghanistan is getting worse day by day, he traveled to join his brother and students in the UK and continue his Taekwondo activities. Position held now
